I don't know if you remember, but a few weeks ago I did a post on HOP HOP HOP, a very cute french brand of jewelry. (http://whatcharlywants.blogspot.com/2011/10/as-simple-as-hop-hop-hop.html).
I found a place where they sell this brand in Brussels (YeaY). The store CHEEP also sells very nice clothes, shoes and plenty of nice pieces of jewelry at decent prices. They carry brands such as American Vintage, Vila, Repetto, Alphabeta, Noe, Virginie Monroe,....
They have 2 locations in Brussels: 'Cheep': Avenue des Saisons, 112 & 'Cheep Petit': Parvis de la Trinite, 1; both at 1050 Brussels.
